Our Success

Jen and Tony’s first lunch date was filled with great conversation and a sense of familiarity. She was pleased that he was good looking, tall and interesting. He found her eclectic and after two hours they planned to get together again soon. After three dates, Jen and Tony both knew they had found their match. As a singer/songwriter, Tony found it necessary to write and sing a love song to Jen as he asked for her hand in marriage. The two wed in a backyard ceremony surrounded by friends and family. They are both very grateful to have found each other.

At 29, Dan was not meeting good quality women with potential so he decided to extend his network and join IJL. Lucky for Dan, Wendy was tired of sitting at home, alone, waiting for something to happen- she decided to change her situation and meet some great men through IJL. After a cancelled date in March, the two finally met for drinks in May. Wendy was just about to put her membership on hold for the summer but fate had other plans! Dan and Wendy were happy to find they shared similar hobbies and interest and soon filled their nights and weekends with water sports, summer cabins and comedy clubs. Their compatibility was clear after spending time getting to know each other on a daily basis. A week before Christmas, Dan proposed on bended knee in front of Wendy’s family. They had a beautiful outdoor lake wedding in August and honeymooned in San Francisco’s wine country. The couple just purchased a new townhome and will be going to Europe next summer.

Wendy & Dan


Ross and Deanne joined IJL within six days of each other. They met for drinks at Dante’s and spent six hours together. After their second date, Ross knew Deanne was the one for him. During their seven month courtship they spent time going to the theatre, movies, and playing sports together. Ross and Deanne are planning a winter wedding and a honeymoon in Maya Riviera. They plan to take yearly vacations to Hawaii, Mexico and California before starting a family in the next five years.

Prior to joining IJL, Kirsten was a single attorney with a fear of never meeting someone special again. On her third date through IJL, she was pleased to meet Michael, a genuine man who wasn’t scared by the fact that she was an attorney. He already knew everyone in his small community. They met for an after-work drink and after a few hours shut down the restaurant. Michael was thrilled to have met someone who was pretty, intelligent and funny. They went to dinner, sporting events, the movies, the zoo and spent time together with friends and family. After about one month of dating, Michael knew Kirsten was the one and proposed a few months later on a trip to Hawaii. After almost two years of marriage they are still making each other laugh a lot and loving the time they share together. Kirsten and Michael are secure with the knowledge that not only are they going to be growing old together but they will simply be old together too!
